ART Real Estate is a Dubai-based property management company established in 2006 serving as a bridge between our valued tenants and Mr. Abdulrahman Mohd. Taher, a visionary developer of contemporary urban life, with a series of properties across Dubai, specialized in creating residential masterpieces that seamlessly blend high-end style with the soul-soothing comfort of home.
Over the years, ART Real Estate has built a strong presence in Dubai’s real estate market. Its portfolio includes a wide range of properties, from well-designed apartments to spacious luxury villas, situated in prime locations across the city and offering modern and versatile living spaces at competitive prices.
In addition to residential properties, ART Real Estate manages a selection of commercial assets, including retail outlets, office units, and warehouse compounds that support the city’s vibrant and growing business environment.
Today, ART Real Estate manages 18 residential buildings, 36 villas, one office building, 50 retail shops, one labour camp and 3 warehouse compounds, serving over 2,200 tenants, with a strong commitment to quality property management and reliable service.
With several new developments underway and set to launch in 2027, ART Real Estate continues to expand and play an active role in shaping Dubai’s dynamic and evolving real estate landscape.
